Methodology: A Prospective, Randomized and interventional study was carried out in the medicine department for a period of 8 months in Adichuchanagiri hospital and research centre, B.G.Nagar. The patients were grouped in to control and intervention after obtaining their consent. These patients’ data was collected by using a well designed patient data collection form. The questionnaires were used to know the medication adherence behaviour and quality of life. Significance is assessed at 5 % level of significance. Result: A total of 48 patients are enrolled in which 24 in control 24 in intervention groups.
