        <title>A<sc>BSTRACT</sc></title>
        <p>The COVID-19 pandemic revealed systemic vulnerabilities in global healthcare frameworks, highlighting the critical need for regional, data-driven health policy reforms. Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the Ministry of Health (MOH) executed robust initiatives to mitigate viral transmission and lower case-fatality rates. However, sustaining healthcare resilience requires continuous refinement of clinical and preventative protocols. Therefore there is an urgent need for a policy directive to ensure better preparedness for any upcoming pandemics.  This policy paper synthesizes local epidemiological data, evaluates emerging oral and combination therapies, and analyzes socio-demographic barriers to childhood vaccination campaigns. By bridging the gap between clinical research and structural administration, this document outlines a comprehensive framework designed to optimize the Saudi healthcare response. Key strategic priorities include the codification of novel oral therapeutics (e.g., molnupiravir and quercetin) within standard clinical guidelines, the operationalization of rapid-recovery clinical pathways to mitigate economic and life expectancy losses, and the deployment of targeted, culturally specific communications to eradicate childhood vaccine hesitancy. </p>
